Through our observations of practice we can get a clear view on what type of engagement and communication is occurring within your service. This is achieved through time spent with educators and children throughout the day.
Observations of engagement and relationship building between educators and children is recorded to produce a summary of strengths and areas to improve. Observations are measured against the National Quality Framework and the Education and Care Services Regulations.
Observations of practice will help the service and educators identify any gaps in practice so that higher quality outcomes for children and families can be achieved.
